Welcome
I'M GLAD
YOU'RE HERE
This is a space for musicians, composers, and multi-hyphenates of all creative stripes who are ready to get out of the grind-and-guess cycle. I’m here to help you organize your ideas, untangle your overwhelm, and build a life that supports your art — not the other way around.
Let’s make your work feel like you again.
I help creative professionals in music get out of the grind-and-guess cycle and into careers that feel focused, sustainable, and creatively alive. Think of this as the space where your professional instincts meet real-world execution — with accountability, clarity, and that signature sybaritic flair.
As a performer, I've collaborated with over one hundred living composers to premiere and advocate for new works.
I hold leadership positions at national arts organizations that span classical music, community access, and tech-for-good.
I am a faculty member for the Peabody Institute’s Professional Studies Department, a Voting Member of the Recording Academy, and a frequent presence at national convenings like New Music Gathering and Americans for the Arts.
FUN FACTS
Before I was coaching creative professionals, I was in the rehearsal room, on the road, in the grant portals, and knee-deep in spreadsheets like the rest of us. (I'm also still in the rehearsal room, on the road, and in those grant portals, etc...) My work is shaped by a love of performance, a brain wired for systems, and an absolute refusal to believe artists have to suffer to succeed.
I once performed John Cage’s Aria at a Halloween-themed burlesque show — featuring strippers with chainsaws, malfunctioning smoke machines, and a fire alarm that would not quit. I turned it into a full audience-participation experience.
I quit three college teaching gigs in one semester with nothing lined up, because the old career model just didn’t fit. Instead of burning out, I built a custom freelance role from scratch and pitched it across my network. I turned that leap into a framework I now teach other artists who are ready to trade exhaustion for autonomy.
I once accidentally sent my unhinged, expletive-laced Google Doc edits to my editor at a national publication. Needless to say, she was not the intended recipient of that particular brand of chaos. But, a year later, she hired me into the organization. Moral: Own your voice, even when it’s too spicy for the first draft.

Clients finally charging what they’re worth — and getting it
Reclaiming time for the studio, the rehearsal room, and yourself
Growing the parts of your career you actually want to grow
I’m here for the artists building resilient, resonant careers. My work is about truly understanding your business, sustainable progress, and helping you define success on your own terms (not by your follower count.)

Designed weekly structure for balancing internal operations with external creative work
Coached through a team restructuring that reduced decision fatigue and burnout
You're not behind. You're not broken.
You don’t need to do it all alone.
You just need a clear path, a good system, and a coach who gets it.
